How do I buy wine on From The Barrel?

Browse the selection by your preferred method - variety, region, vintage, food pairing etc. If you have any additional questions about a listing, use the contact form on the product listing page to inquire directly about that wine. You can buy wine from multiple sellers in the same order. Once your order is approved and ready for dispatch, you will receive notification via email and the seller(s) will ship the wine to you. Note, if you are buying from multiple sellers you will receive multiple shipments.

Before you buy, we recommend that you review all the information presented for the wine.

Provenance plays an important role when buying wine and every effort is made to accurately describe the condition of wine regardless of value. While Buyer Beware applies to all our sales, all wines are meticulously presented as required by our terms and conditions ensuring that you have all the information possible to make the most informed decision when buying wine on From The Barrel.

We do recommend that buyers of older wine make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullage and the condition of corks and labels.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.
For purchases that are over $10,000 other payment methods including bank transfer, B Pay, and cheque. If your order is over $10,000 please contact From The Barrel to arrange a custom order.

Does From The Barrel accept refunds and returns?

For wines less than 15years old, If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or you don’t think it’s been correctly described, you can return your order to us within 14 days for a refund* or we can recommend a hand-selected alternative, personally chosen to reflect your original selection.

If you feel that the wine does not reflect the wine and condition description, please contact us to make arrangements for the return of these items for our team to review and determine whether a replacement or refund is actionable.
